Carey, Danis & Lowe is looking for a class representative for a class action regarding Discover Card's "Payment Protection Plan." Discover is enrolling people without their consent in this Plan and charging a monthly fee for customer participation. In addition, Discover represents that the Plan is FREE for those who pay off the balance of their cards in full each month, but in fact Discover charges its costumer 89 cents on every 100 dollars charged even if the customer timely pays the balance in full.
